In addition to our turbo/manifold adaptor kits already available, this High-Flow 3” Intake Hose Kit to suit 1HZ Turbo conversions solves another 'piece of the puzzle' when putting together a turbo kit on a 1HZ.

When installing a turbocharger on a 1HZ, the existing airbox outlet hose setup is no longer useable. Our kit creates a quality, high-flow airbox to turbo intake link that seals perfectly, provides a correct crankcase ventilation intake port, and looks great.

Kit includes:

• 2 x Silicon Rubber Elbows (-60’C to 260’C, 2Mpa Burst Pressure) to suit Airbox Outlet and CT26 inlet.

• 1 x 3” Aluminium joiner pipe, with flared ends, and tig welded 5/8” Raceworks barb for installation of 16mm crank case vent hose, either straight from the rocker cover port or catch can.

• 4 x Quality Stainless Steel T-Bolt Clamps (with nylocs) to create a lasting and reliable seal.

Images show correct crankcase breather plumbing, venting into intake as per Toyota’s design. No need to vent into the chassis rail, or elsewhere, and maintain correct negative pressure to the rocker cover port.

If required, an option to include correct length of rubber hose to link crankcase breather to intake joiner pipe and 2 x stainless hose clamps to suit is available.
